Casio has been around for quite some time. Since its inception in April 1946 by Tadao Kashio, the company has continuously produced innovative products. I quickly read the history section on Casio’s website (drinking coffee) and found a picture of GG-B100-1A9, the first fully electric compact calculator conceived in 1957. Take a look at the size of the thing! Who in his right mind called it compact, is a damn desk! Launching its first watch in 1974, Casio entered the wristwatch market at a time when the watch industry had just discovered digital technology.
